Careers

The Careers & On-the-Job Training Program (OJT) is an employment class which offers Students an introduction into the world of work and focuses on their acquisition of practical occupational skills and experience within organizations (public and private) in their communities. We will examine strategies to maximize effectiveness in their jobs and lives, while preparing for them to make decisions that will affect them in their future careers. We also explore potential paths to a greater work-life balance, happiness, and decision making.
